Sending communications by electronic means

Messages sent via e-mail or web forms are messages that are addressed exclusively to the recipient and may contain privileged or confidential information. If you are not the intended recipient, please be advised that unauthorized use, disclosure and/or copying is prohibited under applicable law.

Important notice (commercial communications)

In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, in relation to the processing of your personal data (GDPR), we inform you that if you do not wish to receive communications and information of a commercial nature through this electronic communication system, you may indicate this to us by indicating in the subject line “LOW COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS” so that your personal data can be removed from our database. Your request will be acted upon within 10 days of submission. In the event that we do not receive an express reply from you, we will understand that you accept and authorize our company to continue making the aforementioned communications.

The owners of personal data are informed that the data provided to us, through any of our means of information collection, will be introduced indistinctly in partially automated files, owned by the following File Manager(s):

The Data Controller is fully aware of the use and treatment that must be given to personal data, and by virtue of the existing legal regulations in this regard (in particular Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, hereinafter LOPD, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December that develops it) has implemented a system to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal data.

This data will be processed for one of the following purposes: management of customer contacts, preparation of estimates and invoices for services / products; compliance with accounting and tax obligations; labour management and other employee management, commercial management.
